Food processing refers to the process of making certain already edible or natural foods taste better or more beneficial through certain procedures. The integrated equipment of food processing plants mainly adopts two types: activated sludge method and biofilm method. The integrated equipment consists of a first sedimentation tank, a first and second level contact oxidation tank, a second sedimentation tank, and a sludge tank, which are integrated and aerated in the first and second level contact oxidation tanks, effectively combining the contact oxidation method and activated sludge method.

2. In the contact oxidation tank, an aerator is used for air blowing and aeration to continuously float the fiber bundle, achieve uniform aeration, mature microbial growth, and have the characteristics of activated sludge method.

4. The fillers in the contact oxidation tank are mostly composite soft fillers, which are lightweight, high-strength, stable in physical and chemical properties, large in specific surface area, strong in biofilm adhesion ability, and high in contact efficiency between sewage and biofilm

5. If necessary, the equipment can be adjusted to handle wastewater from other industries, including domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater, and urban wastewater.

6. The equipment can be connected to a car to create a mobile integrated sewage treatment equipment.

The equipment mainly consists of hydrolysis acidification tank, contact oxidation tank, impurity sedimentation tank, disinfection treatment, and sludge aerobic digestion tank.
